The Validate employee records operation is part of the HR Operations API on BRAINIAC.software. Compare employee records with the required fields supplied by the caller, and report an end date that falls before the start date. No legal requirement is added. It is exposed as POST /api/v1/hr-operations/employee-record-validate and priced at $0.04 USDC on Base. Payment uses the x402 exact scheme: an unpaid call returns HTTP 402 with payment requirements; after paying the exact USDC amount, retry the same request with a payment-signature header and Idempotency-Key. No account and no API key are required. Data sources for this product: Employee records, documents, and policies supplied in the request. Limitations: No employment decision is made and no access is changed. Employment law requirements are not invented. Checklist items come only from supplied policies. The result is not a legal compliance determination. Document numbers are masked, and email addresses are not copied into the response. A missing item means it was not in the request. Outputs are compliance prechecks, drafts, or data lookups for human review. They are not official determinations, legal advice, identity confirmation, or certified filings. Related operations in this group include Extract employee documents, Check policy acknowledgements, List onboarding tasks, List offboarding tasks.
