How BRAINIAC.software handles information when you use our website and services.

BRAINIAC.software APIs do not require an account. We process request content you submit, basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, and payment verification or settlement references supplied by the x402 facilitator. Do not send information you are not authorized to share.

Request content is used to perform the requested operation. We retain limited request and payment records to prevent duplicate charges and support safe retries. Completed responses may be retained temporarily for this purpose; payment processing is handled by service providers needed to operate the API. We do not sell personal information.

Information processed by our tools can include payroll and project details, insurance certificate and contract details, vendor identifiers, licence dates, and insurance policy excerpts and incident facts. Some operations query public government or provider data and return source attribution and observation times. Uploaded documents are processed to generate the requested result; avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

We use service providers to host and operate the service and to process payments. BRAINIAC.software does not request or store wallet seed phrases or private keys. The tools create drafts only; they do not send messages or notifications on your behalf.

We keep information only for as long as needed for these purposes, including applicable legal, accounting, and security requirements.
