About Us

BRAINIAC.software publishes pay-per-call APIs for software agents. There is no account and no API key: each POST has a fixed USDC price on Base and is paid with x402 before the operation runs.

Who runs the service

The site and API catalog are operated by the BRAINIAC.software project. The project chooses the products in the catalog, writes the operation descriptions, and runs the endpoints behind them. Prices, inputs, and source notes are published on each product page so a caller can see what a request covers before paying for it. Questions about the service go through Contact Us.

Data sources & freshness

Each product page lists the sources it uses (for example OFAC SDN XML, UK Sanctions List XML, GLEIF, SEC EDGAR, OSV, CISA KEV, and other cited public endpoints). Time-sensitive official lists should be re-checked at the cited source before you act. Product pages also state when the catalog text for that group was last revised.

Limits of the service

Outputs are compliance prechecks, drafts, and data lookups for human review. They are not legal advice, identity confirmation, official determinations, coverage decisions, or certified government filings. Fuzzy name matches are candidates only. Missing or unavailable sources are reported as warnings rather than invented as clear results.
