Using the services

Use the website and APIs lawfully and only with information you are authorized to provide. Do not interfere with the services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in a way that violates another person’s rights. Service descriptions, supported inputs, and prices are provided on the relevant API documentation pages.

Payments

Paid API operations use x402. Before an operation runs, the endpoint returns the payment amount and network it accepts. Payment is processed by the configured facilitator and must settle before the requested operation is performed. A payment is not a subscription.

Include an Idempotency-Key with each request. If you retry the same request after payment, reuse its key to retrieve the stored outcome and avoid initiating another charge. Do not reuse a key for a different operation or request. If payment settles but you cannot retrieve the result, contact support@brainiac.software and include the request details and payment transaction reference. Do not send private keys or seed phrases.

Service outputs

Outputs are generated from submitted information and, where indicated, identified data sources. They may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Review them independently before relying on them; they are not legal, tax, insurance, licensing, or other professional advice, nor an official determination.

Features and availability may change as the services are maintained. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The date above indicates when this page was last updated.
