The Check move-in readiness operation is part of the Rental Operations API on BRAINIAC.software. Compare supplied move-in items with the items the caller marks as required. A pending item is not counted as present, and a complete list does not mean the handover was done. It is exposed as POST /api/v1/rental-operations/tenant-move-in-readiness and priced at $0.05 USDC on Base. Payment uses the x402 exact scheme: an unpaid call returns HTTP 402 with payment requirements; after paying the exact USDC amount, retry the same request with a payment-signature header and Idempotency-Key. No account and no API key are required. Data sources for this product: Tenancy documents, payment evidence, and inventory supplied in the request. Limitations: Records are copied only from labeled fields in the request. A screenshot or payment instruction is not cleared funds. A jurisdiction name does not select a legal checklist. An obligation is the supplied wording, not legal advice. No tenant is contacted and no handover is completed. Outputs are compliance prechecks, drafts, or data lookups for human review.
