Compare supplied skill names across candidates and against an explicit skill list. Missing skills are not invented.

The Compare candidate skills operation is part of the Recruitment Operations API on BRAINIAC.software. Compare supplied skill names across candidates and against an explicit skill list. Missing skills are not invented. It is exposed as POST /api/v1/recruitment-operations/candidate-skill-compare and priced at $0.04 USDC on Base. Payment uses the x402 exact scheme: an unpaid call returns HTTP 402 with payment requirements; after paying the exact USDC amount, retry the same request with a payment-signature header and Idempotency-Key. No account and no API key are required. Data sources for this product: Job descriptions, resumes, and candidate records supplied in the request. Limitations: No hiring decision is made. A person decides. Skills, employment history, qualifications, and references are not invented. Protected personal attributes are ignored and are not used for matching or ranking. A match is marked inferred only when a caller-supplied alias links two names. Date gaps are reported from supplied dates and are not ranking penalties. Outputs are compliance prechecks, drafts, or data lookups for human review. They are not official determinations, legal advice, identity confirmation, or certified filings.
