Garage Assistant is an AI-powered local desktop app for UK auto repair shops. It provides VRM lookup, parts pricing, labour times, and AI-assisted messaging. The app is designed to support your workflow, not to replace your professional judgment or legal obligations.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the software only for lawful business purposes.
You may not use Garage Assistant to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Automated scraping, abusive traffic patterns, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
Garage Assistant can generate suggestions, messages, and pricing estimates. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use in customer-facing communication or business decisions. You remain fully responsible for all actions taken based on AI output.
We aim to provide reliable software but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time as part of product improvements, security updates, or infrastructure maintenance.
Garage Assistant is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainiac Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, data, or opportunities resulting from use of the software.
